Job Location: Hybrid – Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL
Job Type: Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.
Compensation: $60-65/hour will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience
No other forms of compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, are offered for this position

General Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated analyst who is familiar with Process Improvements, Project Management, and enhancing efficiency in various lines of business. This role does need to report onsite twice a week.
Job Requirements:
- Utilize business process reengineering (BPR) techniques, model business processes, and conduct data analysis to examine end-to-end business processes for efficiency improvement.
- Provide follow-up to monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation, ensuring timely action and expected benefits.
- Collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets.
- Obtain and analyze quantitative and qualitative data of business processes to determine solutions and promote data-driven decisions.
- Research and evaluate opportunities related to process flow variance deficiencies.
